How might it feel to be listened to without being interrupted, given unsolicited advice or argued with? Could you listen to someone else in this way, with respect and warmth, knowing that this is a good person doing their best even if we hold very different opinions?

The Big Listen is an independent project, launching in Forest Row, which aims to create more Community cohesion and reduce isolation and loneliness. It is offered as three different formats, please choose the type of session and timing that fits your interest.
